Greek Turkey Meatballs - So perfect with a cucumber tomato salad and tzatziki sauce. Even Big M, my super picky eater, liked them! And they are full of grated zucchini! Bonus!
Korean Beef - Tastes like a Flame Broiler bowl, but you make it at home!
Grilled Balsamic-Garlic Crusted Pork Tenderloin - Another win and cooks on the grill , so no heating up the house!
Steak Ale Pie - My husband is from England, so this is straight up comfort food for him! I cook it in the crock pot and bake the puff pastry in single servings for plating! I also leave out the cheese
Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets - So tasty! The Parmesan cheese helps to add a lot of flavor!
Grilled Flank Steak With Tomatoes, Red Onion and Balsamic - Loved the tomato salad on top, and you really could use this on any steak. Flank was hard for me to find a bit expensive for my taste. That being said, it made an amazing leftover sandwich with some crusty french bread!

Cucumber Tomato Salad - The perfect light summer side dish! I love it with Greek food. The perfect addition to a pita sandwich.
Loaded Baked Potato Salad - IMHO the best potato salad ever!

Caramel Crispy Chex Mix - Seriously the easiest to make and the easiest to devour! It's all done in the microwave. The hardest part is waiting until it is cooled and set!
